Hotel Vendaval - Puerto Natales

A warm welcome after trekking

After an very nice trek, we returned to Hotel Vendaval, where our luggage awaited us in a cozy room. The staff's warm hospitality.

Although the overall experience was great, the noise from the foyer was noticeable. It occasionally interrupted the tranquil atmosphere we were hoping for.

My 1 night in Puerto Natales were relaxing. Liked the comfortable bed in my double room. The location was fab, not very far from Municipal Historical Museum. The hotel itself was in a downtown area. The attached restaurant was fabulous and offered great meals.

the hotel was clean with great and stunning location close to excellent restaurant options and airy rooms. location: the venue was short walk to restaurants, bars, and the waterfront, and coffee shops. there was brew pub cafe artimana, that i found within 10 minutes' walk of the hotel.

We spent one night there before and after trekking in torres del paine, and they made everything so easy. The luggage storage and early breakfast were helpful and exceeded my expectations.

I think the place is nice.

This is gorgeous and impeccably clean hotel with compact rooms and accommodating staff. It has particularly good and fantastic location to see Muelle Historico. The property is in the downtown zone...

the breakfast was sensational with hot options and excellent coffee, paying attention to little details.

I was blown away by the really good rooftop views over the lake and mountains, and the king-size bed in my spacious room was just divine! Starting my day with a lovely breakfast spread offering fresh fruits and pastries was a real treat. I loved how the staff went the extra mile, even providing luggage storage during my trek, made everything so convenient.

Rooms are quite small. Some even had tiny bathrooms that felt cramped. The shower could be difficult to operate, and the bar noise can be a bother at night, even if it closes around 11.

The room was pretty comfortable and had a relaxing vibe. The bathroom was clean, always a plus! The only downside was that it was on the smaller side, so not much space for our luggage. The shower was cute but quite tiny, a bit tricky to move around. It was cozy enough for our short stay.

The staff was super helpful when we checked in late, and our room was clean and comfy for our short stay. I really enjoyed the garden area where I could relax. The TV lounge had some cool seating. The breakfast options weren’t as fresh as I hoped, but overall, I’d recommend giving this place a shot! 😊

This was just a nice choice for a holiday in Puerto Natales with reasonable value. The shower was a bit cramped, but it worked fine for a quick rinse after a day exploring. If you have larger luggage, plan to store it in a separate area away from your room.

The location is perfect, with plenty of restaurants and cafes just a short walk away. The staff was friendly and helpful, assisting with everything from taxi bookings to great local dining recommendations.

We enjoyed our stay with our baby in a spacious double room that had a modern feel and easy access to the rooftop bar. The staff was helpful and gave us great tips for nearby attractions. The location is fantastic for exploring the local dining scene.

My kids wished for fresher breakfast options.
